Troubleshooting tips and online support.

Student Technology Assistance 

     All students in grades 9-12 have been issued a Chromebook to complete their coursework. Chromebook loans will only be issued in the event that your device will need to be sent out for repairs. Students who experience difficulty in accessing applications or using their Chromebook should begin troubleshooting with their classroom teacher or check out some of the Chromebook troubleshooting tabs included on this website. If the problem remains unresolved, students may access support from Nicolet’s Technology Team in the following ways: 

  • Go to the Library before school, after school, or during enrichment period with a pass for assistance
  • Email either Ms. Becker or Ms. Krause for assistance
  • If you are at home, call the Library during the school day at (414) 351-8230
